A12 Crash Near Chelmsford Causes Significant Delays on London-Bound Carriageway
Motorists travelling towards London on the A12 near Chelmsford are facing significant disruption this afternoon following a road traffic collision.
The London-bound carriageway has been left partially blocked after an incident just after Junction 19, near Chelmsford, with traffic slowing considerably and delays reported stretching back as far as Boreham.
