Water supplies affected in Little Leighs during emergency repair

Water supplies in and around Little Leighs may be affected while an emergency repair is carried out.

Essex & Suffolk Water said customers in the CM3 area could experience no water or reduced pressure, with supplies expected to be affected until approximately 3.30pm on Monday, 21 September.

The company had earlier reported that it was investigating a problem affecting supplies in the Chelmsford area before confirming that an emergency repair was required.

Residents are advised that water pressure may take a short time to return to normal once the work has been completed.
