Join hundreds of supporters for the Farleigh Hospice Walk for Life on Sunday 10 May 2026 – a fantastic day of walking, fresh air, and community spirit in the beautiful Essex countryside.
Choose your challenge:
- 12km relaxed route starting from Paper Mill Lock (perfect for a gentle stroll with family or friends)
- 24km challenge route starting from Heybridge Basin (for those who love a proper adventure)
Both scenic routes follow the Chelmer & Blackwater waterways and finish in Chelmsford, with stunning views along the way. Dogs are welcome to join for free, and the event is open to all ages and abilities.
Every step you take helps raise vital funds for Farleigh Hospice, supporting local people and families living with life-limiting illnesses across mid Essex. Participants receive a t-shirt, medal, and the satisfaction of making a real difference.
